I will say that this product is above average and it beat my expectations by a lot. This is my second time buying it. I find it the best way to process this, as I use it in a smoothie and sometimes with hot almond milk and honey, is to take a standing cheese grater and grate it on the zester side. It puts it into a perfectly fine pile easy for measuring, because since it is such a quality condensed product it is difficult to cut. It's important for health food advocates and people looking to make good solid supplemental choices, to research the health benefits of raw organic cacao. It is very much a product that an organic supplement using individual should have in their collection.
This is my new favorite cacao brand to order from. I love the slight cherry flavor from this region and they have the best eco friendly packaging!! Once a month a have a small cacao circle with dear friends and this medicine works beautifully.
